We are hosting a aebleskiver cooking workshop at this meeting!!! Learn how to cook these “spherical miracles”, a traditional Danish treat of sweet dough fried in a special cast-iron pan. Aebleskiver are about the size and shape of a golf ball, but they taste SO MUCH BETTER! There are definitely a few tricks to learn in making the perfect sphere. You get to eat your own creations, and top them with powdered sugar or jam. If you master the art of turning them, then you can be qualified to cook them at our Festival Booth in June. Definitely a local favorite at the Festival. Please join us to learn something new, practice rusty skills, or - if you are already a master - teach others the basic skills.
