We will be gathering on Zoom together to discuss the Danish concept of hygge (roughly pronounced HOO-gah) and how we can incorporate that into our daily lives.

There is no exact English translation of this Danish word, but it indicates a general state of coziness, comfort, fellowship, wellness, and contentment. Doesn’t that just sound wonderful?!

We had a fabulous discussion at the last meeting about Danish holiday traditions, so we expect this discussion to be a good one, too, especially given the attention the idea of hygge has recently received in US media.
