Normally we would have boller (hot cross buns) and hot chocolate to share during our Fastelavn parti.

However, because we have to skip our in-person party in 2022 due to the pandemic, one of our newest members, Rich Pedersen, has generously offered to bake Fastelavn boller so folks can take a little celebration home with them AND help us raise some funds given we haven’t been able to host fundraising events since 2019.

Here is the ordering information -

• 4-pack of boller for $10

• Each pack has 2 with chocolate icing, 2 with strawberry icing

• All will have traditional Danish mandel remonce (baked in almond filling)

Pick up for orders will be Saturday 26 February from 1 pm - 3 pm at Marie Yost’s home, during the same time as goodie-bag pickup.
