Our June meeting is the last one we have before taking two months “off” for the summer (we will not meet in July and August). Normally we would be doing final preparations for our food booths at the Astoria Scandinavian Midsummer Festival, but this year Festival is going virtual and having a few socially-distanced events. At this June meeting, we will be discussing these upcoming Nordic events (virtual Coronation of Festival Court, Drive-by Optog in Astoria) as well as what we may do to celebrate Midsummer at home. With any luck, next year we will be back in full force for Festival!

We will also discuss whether to meet in person starting in September…it is looking like that should be possible!
