The Lower Columbia Danish Society will be doing a demo of aebleskiver making at the Astoria Public Library on Novemeber 10th at 5:30 pm. These tasty, round, sweet balls are one of the crowd favorites at Midsummer Festival.

The Danes recently donated an aeblskiver pan to the library to add to their “ Library of Things”, and to ensure the public knows what this “thing” is used to do, we will have some of our members demonstrating how the pan is used to form and cook the batter.

The demo will be in the Flag Room at the Library which is on the lower floor , an elevator is available. The demo is a collaboration of the Astoria Public Library, the Lower Columbia Danes, and the North Coast Food Web.
